Who I am
I’m Ruben — almost 40, born in Barcelona, spent the last decade selling real estate across three countries. In 2026, I went all in on AI. Now I build autonomous agents, run an SEO agency, and write about everything I learn along the way.
I’m not a developer by training. I learned to code (vibecoding) by building things I needed — websites for my listings, automations for my emails, agents for my clients. That’s exactly why I write: to show that you don’t need a CS degree to build real AI systems. You need curiosity and a problem to solve.

My story
Growing up in Barcelona
Born and raised in Barcelona. Started working young and quickly figured out I wanted to build my own path. Real estate felt natural — it combined sales, negotiation, and independence.
Italy and London (2010–2021)
Spent years selling property across Italy and London. Each market taught me something different — Italian charm, British systems. Built a solid career but felt the ceiling.
The Dubai move (2026)
Left everything behind and moved to Dubai. A city where speed matters and the market never sleeps. First deals, first losses, first real lessons about building a business from zero in a foreign country.
AI changes everything (2024)
Started using ChatGPT for emails, listings and research. Productivity doubled overnight. Then I discovered Claude Code — and realised AI wasn’t just a tool. It was a partner. I started building agents.
Building in public (2025–now)
Agent Copito handles client operations for a cleaning business in London. Launched AIDigitalSEO and Skillteca. Now I write about MCP servers, AI agents, and what I learn building real systems. No theory, no hype — just what works.
